Women's Circle: Reclaiming Joy

Join us for a women's sharing circle on August 10 from 4-6 pm at Inspirit Yoga Studio as we turn our attention toward cultivating JOY in our lives. We'll pay special attention to the things that bring us joy: recreation, play, love and creativity. Together, we’ll create a space where we can share, support, and inspire one another in our journey toward more beauty and joyful things in our lives.

This gathering is a wonderful opportunity to meet other women, exchange stories and wisdom, and inspire one another while making friends. Together, we'll uncover ways to support and enrich our surroundings with kindness and care, strengthening our bonds with each other and the world we share.

Preparation Suggestions:

Duration: Plan for 90 minutes - 2 hours, depending on the number of sharing participants.

Setup: Plan to arrive on time or a little early.

Materials: Bring your journal and writing materials or art supplies. Bring a sacred-to-you item for our shared altar(optional).

W ear: Comfortable clothing
