Women's Circle: Igniting Your Senses | North London

2026 is the Year of the Fire Horse - the first in 60 years. A year of passion, wildness, and not being reined in.

But here's what most people don't tell you: you can't harness wild fire energy if you're disconnected from your body.

So this circle begins where all embodiment begins - with your senses.

The ones waiting to be fully awakened. The ones that, when invited back to life, remind you what it feels like to be fully, deliciously alive in your skin.

What if your body already knows how to feel good?

Not through force. Not through performance. Not through doing it "right."

Just through... invitation.

Through the soft brush of fabric against your skin. The intoxicating scent of cacao rising in steam. The taste of something sweet dissolving on your tongue. The textures your hands have been waiting to really feel.

In this circle, we're simply waking up what's already there.

What actually happens:

We gather. We ground. We create safety together.

We share warm cacao to open the heart - this isn't just a drink, it's a ceremony.

Then we begin the exploration. Textures you've touched a thousand times, waiting to be truly felt. Scents that unlock memory and presence. The intelligence of your hands when they're allowed to simply discover.

Some of it might feel unfamiliar. Some of it might bring tears. Some of it might make you laugh at how simple and profound it is.

All of it is guided. All of it is safe. All of it is yours to explore at your own pace.

This is fully clothed. There's no nudity, no partner work, no pressure to share anything you don't want to.

Just you, your body, and the awakening.

The Practical Bits:

What to bring: Comfortable clothes, a journal if you like to write, your gorgeous self
What's provided: Ceremonial cacao, nourishing snacks, all materials, cushions, blankets, a space that's been lovingly prepared
Accessibility: Ground floor, wheelchair accessible - contact me if you have specific needs
Sharing: Always optional. You can be completely silent and still receive everything

Who holds this space:

I'm Melanie - Certified Sexological Bodyworker, Somatic Sex Educator, Clean Language facilitator, and someone who's spent 15 years learning how to help women come home to their bodies.

I don't teach techniques. I create conditions for your body's own wisdom to emerge.

I'm trauma-informed, which means I understand that your nervous system knows what it needs, and my job is to follow its pace, not override it.

And I believe that your sensuality isn't something broken that needs fixing. It's something alive that's waiting to be remembered.

A note if you've experienced trauma:

You're welcome here. This work is specifically designed to honour your body's rhythms and boundaries. Nothing is ever forced. You're in charge of your experience, always.

A note if you're in perimenopause or menopause:

You're especially welcome. This is often when the invitation to come back to sensation, to pleasure, to your body's wisdom feels most urgent. And most healing.
