Whether you are a mother, a daughter, or simply someone cultivating the "Mother Energy" within your own soul, this space is designed for you to receive the same gentle care you so freely give to the world.
It’s a moment to set down your responsibilities and simply be. Join Raddhika (Healer & Life Coach), Ravenne (Sound Healer), and Shannon (Vocal Transformation Coach) for a restorative two-hour immersion.
Through the deep, meditative rest of Yoga Nidra, the healing frequencies of a Sound Bath, and the reclaiming power of Vocal Activation, you will find the space to slow down, reset, and honor your own inner resonance.
On the day, please bring a yoga mat, a cozy blanket, a small pillow, and a water bottle. Wear comfortable, layered clothing and bring an open heart.
