Join us for connection, reflection, and empowerment in our Women’s Circle Gathering. Come together in sacred space to share stories and reconnect to yourself and each other.What to Expect:
🌿 Grounding Practices: We will begin with a calming grounding exercise, inviting you to center yourself and be fully present in the moment.
🌸 Sharing Circle: A safe and supportive space to share thoughts, emotions, or simply listen. This is an opportunity to be seen, heard, and held in sacred space.
🌺 Embodiment Practice: To close, we’ll engage in an embodiment practice, allowing you to integrate your experience through movement, breath, or meditation.
This gathering is a beautiful way to nurture your spirit, build community, and deepen your connection to yourself and others.
