Our Focus: Speak your truth in a safe place with other women. Break free from childhood wounds such as neglect, abandonment, and/or sexual abuse. Increase your self-worth & create a better experience of life now.

Healing Modalities: Somatics & Emotional processing, Nervous system regulation, Trauma Release, Mindfulness, CBT and Mindset Techniques, Inner Child, Masculine/Feminine Energies

Investment: $60- $90 a month

There will be no more than 10 women in the group. Admission by application only. Applications will be reviewed and if invited to attend the exact location in NW OKC will be provided. (See application for more info)

About Nina:

Ever feel like you're stuck in the same patterns- Like it's ground hog day every day?

I know exactly how you feel! I'm Nina. I'm a Certified Trauma Informed Life Coach. I'm also a C-PTSD and CSA Survivor. I'm 44 years old and for 38 years I was a walking talking trauma response driven by unconcious beliefs and patterns. On the outside, my life looked alright. I was successful on the outside but suffering on the inside. Work, smile, use a coping mechanism (my go-to's were food, tv, and alcohol) to deal with life, suffer, rinse, repeat. Yep, Groundhog Day every day!

I knew I had a messed up childhood, especially my early years but I thought there was nothing I could do. "I just need to let it go. It was in the past." Ya, I experienced childhood trauma but it's over now. I just need to get over it" was what I would tell myself.

Until I found Life Coaching! I learned these three mindblowing facts:

95% of what we think, feel, and do is unconcious.

Most of all of our beliefs about ourselves and the world are formed by 7 years old!

Trauma is stored in the body (nervous system)

My transformation journey was wildly interrupted by this information. I became a Life Coach and left my corporate job. I began to focus heavily on my trauma-healing journey while serving women virtually with their life experiences and weightloss. I started with Mindset Coaching and quickly added other healing modalities to my practice.

People pleasing, perfectionism, personality patterns, and attachment styles run our lives as adults but these were all the survival patterns that helped you survive your childhood.

I've found such profound healing happens when groups of women gather together to support one another so I've decided to host a Women's Circle this Summer from June-Oct in NW OKC.
