We will gather beneath the golden hour sun in extraordinary ancient woodlands. A powerful environment to connect with ourselves, other women and the natural world around us. Join us and take some time to expand your awareness, nurture your creativity and exercise your ability to live intentionally and listen deeply.

We will begin with a guided meditation and move through simple exercises to help ground your body in this beautiful space. You will be invited to journal with the prompts offered and then have the opportunity to share. You are welcome to share anything currently coming up for you, even if it differs from the journaling topics. We will explore an intention-setting ritual, meaning you can leave the circle with more clarity. There will be multiple opportunities to share in this safe, non-judgmental space. Come as you are, with an open heart, and a willingness to actively listen to others.

Bring anything that you wish to place on the altar, a blanket or something to sit on, and a journal and pen for writing. Please note that we will meet at Highgate Station (Priory Gardens exit) at 3.45 pm and walk to the circle space together to start at 4.00 pm.

Wear clothes that you are comfortable sitting and moving in. Dress appropriately for the weather and expect that you may get a little dirty from sitting on the floor.

All attendees will receive an email with more information a few days prior to the event. We can’t wait to meet you and welcome you into our special space.
