Join me as we connect, reflect, and celebrate our journey. The evening will include!
Guided meditation ✨
Focusing on grounding and inner reflection, this meditation will help settle the mind and encourage intuition
Heart-centered sharing ✨
An opportunity for each woman to be heard and seen while others practice deep listening. I would also like to add that there is no pressure to share. Please do what feels right for you. In instances like this, I find that writing in a journal can be just as beneficial
Closing the circle: a moment to offer gratitude for the experience, each other, and, and ourselves for showing up!
What to bring ✨
This event will be outdoors, so be mindful of the day's weather. A soft blanket or yoga mat and a journal are recommended. And if you feel called to bring a nature-themed offering to the circle, please do so. This is an excellent way to honor the space and solidify the intention
Lastly, I encourage you to show up as your beautiful and raw, authentic self, and I look forward to welcoming you into the circle 🌹
