We are so excited to have a special circle held by Kristina Sophia, guiding us through a sacred exploration of sound and rhythm. Compassionately held in a safe container of women, we will work with our voices to uncover emotion and expression, and layer in rhythm through percussion. No previous experience is necessary - this is for all levels, all voices, and all women who are ready to dip their toes into healing with sound. The invitation is to participate as you feel comfortable, or just observe to absorb some new teachings.
If you have a drum, rattle, or other instrument, feel free to bring it along. There will be some extras available. We will let the evening guide us to how this can unfold!
--------------------------------------------------------
Welcome to the gathering of women, a nurturing space dedicated to empowering and uplifting women from all walks of life. Here, we come together to share stories, support each other's journeys, and witness each other in both celebration and grief. Whether you're seeking guidance, connection, or simply a place to be heard, you'll find a warm and welcoming community here. Join us as we inspire, motivate, and uplift each other to reach our fullest potential.
As we step into a new chapter of growth and development for our church, we are asking for continued community support to help sustain this work. Beginning in July, we introduced a $10 attendance fee for non-members at our Women’s Circle (members remain free), and this will continue with our September gathering, with accommodations available if this presents a hardship. Payment can be completed in-person with cash, or online at the registration link.

--------------------------------------------------------
To help us keep our women’s circle grounded, welcoming, and intentional, please keep the following in mind:
+ Fragrance & Ritual: We use incense, sage, and palo santo as part of our rituals. These are meaningful and central to our practice. If you're sensitive to smoke, you're welcome to sit farther from the altar, we just ask that you respect the presence of these elements.
+ Timeliness & Presence: Please plan to arrive a few minutes early and stay for the full event. Coming or going during the circle can disrupt the sacred container we’re holding together.
+ Sharing Space: During discussion, we aim to witness and support one another, not to fix. If you feel called to offer advice or reflections, please ask first: “Would you like feedback or just to be heard?” We also invite everyone to be mindful of how much space they’re taking up in conversation, and to leave room for those who haven’t spoken yet.
+ Staying on Topic: Please stay present with the discussion prompt or theme during the circle. We leave time at the end for open connection and off-topic conversation.
+ Pronouns & Inclusion: We honor each person’s identity. If you’d like to share your pronouns during introductions, this is a safe space to do so.
+ Confidentiality & Consent: What is shared in circle stays in circle. Please don’t share someone else’s story outside the space unless you have their clear permission.
+ Accessibility: If you have any access needs or questions about participating, feel free to reach out beforehand.
+ Location Details: In the colder seasons, our circles are currently held at HeartSpace, a community yurt. GPS will guide you to the home at the end of the street (street parking is available). There is some directional signage for "Heartspace" around the house and garage which lead you through the garage, up the stairs, and to the back of the home where the yurt is. Please note that due to the stairs, the space is not wheelchair accessible. If you have any issues finding the event location, please call or text 509-742-0194 BEFORE the start time. After this time, the phone will be silenced in respect for the circle.
