An Evening of Softness, Reflection & Connection with Emily250 DKK
Join us for a gentle two-hour gathering rooted in presence, stillness, and community.
We’ll begin with a grounding yin yoga and meditation practice, slow, embodied, and deeply soothing before moving into a guided journaling session to help you explore what’s stirring within. We’ll close with an optional sharing circle: a space to speak from the heart, or simply listen and witness with care.
Whether this is your first time joining a women’s circle or a familiar ritual, you are warmly welcome - just as you are.
This is an intimate, cosy space to come home to yourself. A time to check in with your heart, mind, and body. A time to be held and to hold.
