Women's Circle

Welcome to the Women's Circle!
Women’s Circles are as ancient as time. The more we have disconnected and become device-focused, the more we begin to crave meaningful interaction and real connection. Women’s circles are a nourishing and powerful space for us to safely share and learn.
Come as you are to be witnessed in your journey, understand yourself more deeply, and gain clarity through the experiences and perspectives of others.

What you can expect:

• We focus on a different topic each gathering (e.g. self-trust, grasping, intuition, authenticity)
• We will do a short, mind-body somatic practice, to ground ourselves
• We will share and connect with one another in small groups
• We will integrate with a guided meditation or journaling exercise

Your Investment:
This gathering is donation-based and a donation is expected for attendance. Please contribute what feels right for you (suggested donation: minimum 10€). Your donation helps me cover costs and enables me to continue facilitating more gatherings with a feeling of reciprocity.

About the facilitator
I'm Kayla Nickells--I hold a Masters in Mental Health Counseling and am certified in somatic experiencing and nature-based connection. I have a great deal of experience being a part of and guiding women's groups and my desire in holding these sessions is to create an accessible, safe, and supportive community of women for women.
