Women's Circle & Sound Bath

A women’s circle is a safe and sacred space for anyone who identifies as “woman” to come together to celebrate, share, listen, laugh, cry and be seen.

It’s the creation of community, a non-judgmental space, to connect with ourselves and with other women, ultimately filling our own cup with inner peace and belonging.

If you have a sisterhood wound, this safe place may be an opportunity for you to explore and heal that too.

In this circle we will have:

• Intention-setting
• Meditation
• Oracle card reading
• Sharing

The circle will close with a restorative sound bath.

This event is for all people who identify as women, inclusive of all ages and from all walks of life. Come as you are & with an open mind and heart.

Munirah completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2020, with over 10 years of practicing yoga. Her love for this ancient healing art stems from having chronic illnesses and trauma. The physical, mental, emotional and spiritual practices of yoga helped her to holistically heal her mindset, her body image and discover her life's purpose.

Her passion for yogic self-mastery accompanies her teachings on and off the mat. She believes that yoga is a life-long journey & continues to deepen her personal practice daily. She is currently in a 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training.
