About this Event

Summer calls us to savor life. Yet to fully experience the joy of living, we must first be fully present.

When we're caught up in our to-do lists, distractions, or what's next, it's easy to miss the beauty, pleasure, and aliveness available to us right now.

Together, we'll explore how presence opens the door to joy, awakening our senses and reconnecting us with the richness of being here.

Through cacao, movement, sensory practices, reflection, and an *optional ocean plunge*, we'll celebrate the season and practice savoring all that summer has to offer.

This circle holds space for 8 women, including Claire, the facilitator.

I prioritize intimacy because we believe it fosters deeper connections.

Location details: This circle will be held at Claire's House in La Jolla. The address will be provided in your confirmation email. There is plenty of street parking available.
