Women's CEO Morning Walk+ in Toronto (Forest Edition)

It’s an embodied experience designed for women who want to grow their business, energy, relationships, leadership, and inner world.

We begin with a 10-minute Movement for Leaders practice to activate, ground, and set intentions for the day, followed by a brief sharing circle where we call in new opportunities, visions, and aligned connections.

Then we explore Toronto through curated walks or light runs across hidden gems in the city — from courtyards and architectural marvels to forests, rivers, waterfalls, and lakeside paths. Along the way, enjoy powerful conversations on feminine leadership, neuroscience, energetics, embodiment, and aligned success.

We close with inspired action, clarity, and connection as we soak in the morning sun and supercharge the day ahead.
