Join us for women’s breakfast, on Saturday, March 8th at 9:00am!
Life's challenges, stress, and past traumas can often weigh us down, interfering with the joy and peace God desires for us. Join us for a powerful session where we’ll explore how the brain’s limbic system—shaped by difficult experiences—can hinder our ability to fully embrace God’s “light yoke” and His plan for our lives. Through practical, science-backed tools, we’ll learn how to rewire our emotional responses and begin breaking free from patterns that keep us stuck. We’ll close with an engaging activity to uncover how different levels of the brain shape how we feel and show up in life, giving us fresh insights and hope for lasting change. Let’s reclaim the joy God has promised!
