Women's Boating Class - Trip Planning

This is a laid-back, on-land workshop created to help remove the mental stress of boating before you ever leave the dock. We'll cover all the basics: tides, currents, weather, safety considerations, choosing a boat landing, and how to plan a successful outing. All levels are welcome. In addition to boating instruction, Women on Boats is committed to building a community of women to support each other and enjoy boating together. Instructors will stick around after the workshop to answer any of your questions, and we encourage participants to grab a coffee and get to know each other a bit!

Women on Boats is creating a community of female boaters in the Charleston area through private lessons, group classes, and fun outings. All programs are designed for women, and taught by women.
