✨ WOMEN’S BARBELL CLUB – NEW WEEKLY SESSIONS ✨I’m psyched to offer two weekly strength sessions designed specifically for women who want to feel stronger, more confident, and supported while learning the basics of barbell training — even if you’ve never lifted before. 💪❤️
Starting from Tuesday 6th January 2026 — so you can book your space now and start the year feeling empowered.
Session times:
🔥 Tuesdays – 7am
🔥 Saturdays – 10am
At Bodytech Gym, Wrexham Industrial Estate
These small-group sessions (max 4 women) are all about:
• Learning proper form
• Building confidence
• Having fun
• Making friends
• And discovering what your body is capable of
I’m Jemma Stubbington — former Britain’s Strongest Woman and world-record-holding strength athlete — and I'll be your biggest fan as we go on this strength journey. If you’re nervous, new, or just curious… this is 100% for you.
We’ll go through the fundamentals:
