Lauren will walk through the essentials of planning a successful backpacking trip, including how to pack your backpack efficiently, how to choose a trail that matches your experience level, and how to properly fuel yourself by planning the right amount of calories for your adventure. The clinic is a great opportunity to ask questions, learn practical tips, and connect with other women interested in exploring the outdoors.
After the clinic, The Base Camp team will be available for backpack fittings or you can schedule one at a later date and to help you dial in your gear. Attendees will also have the chance to enjoy exclusive shopping on their favorite backpacking products.
