Cost covers Facilitator and supplies. Food/Drinks will be extra the day of so you can choose what you want to order. Average lunch entree is $12-16. Free & easily accesible parking.

Facilitator, April Thompson with Vitalize Wellness Services, is a licensed mental health therapist and offers womens wellness coaching with nature forward practices. She is passionate about being in nature, concepts of forest bathing, and loves supporting women in their journey of growth and healing.
