WOMENKIND: Dances of Female Empowerment

WOMENKIND: Dances of Female Empowerment is a tour de force of dancers representing women from all walks of life and many different cultures, coming together in sisterhood to benefit A Woman's Place. Middle Eastern, Spanish Flamenco, African, Latin American, Korean, Greek, Egyptian, Mizrahi, American Fusion, and other dance traditions will bring the stories, struggles, and triumphs of women around the globe and throughout time to life in this stunning show of solidarity with women in need at home and abroad.
Proceeds benefit A Woman's Place, one of the first non profit organizations in the United States devoted to assisting women and their children escape domestic violence and build their lives anew.
An all-star line up includes some of the Philadelphia and NJ area's most accomplished dancers.
