In our professional lives, we spend a significant amount of time at work and with co-workers, and not all of that time is stress-free. Karen frequently hears about workplace stress in her practice, and she’s eager to share practical tips and techniques to help you keep your emotions balanced throughout the day. Learn valuable strategies for managing stress and enhancing your emotional resilience, empowering yourself to thrive in any professional setting.

"Over 30 years of experience in the field of psychology enables me to offer effective, individualized, psychological care. I address a number of mental health, relationship and life event concerns in a supportive manner with individuals and families.

Drawing on my years of experience as a therapist, teacher, wife, mother, and Christian, I strive to help people create healthy relationships, manage stress, cope with grief, overcome anxiety, trauma and depression as well as achieve personal, career and spiritual growth. I have worked as a therapist and/or teacher at several schools and universities. Locally, I have worked as a counselor at Embry-Riddle University, Daytona Beach Community College Women's Center and Ormond Beach Counseling Center.
