You asked for yoga.. so you got yoga!

Join us July 17th at 6pm (check-in starts at 5:45pm), as Rachel Jackson leads us through a relaxing 45 minute slow flow + sound bowl experience.

Our goal is to expand on our communial experience from our last event. So, you'll have the opportunity to truly unwind & connect with like-minded women from your community during this somatic experience.

& don't worry, there will be wine!

The space is unlike any other in Lohi... House of Motion Chiropractic invites us in to their inspiring and cozy studio on Tejon, in Lohi. Please bring a toga mat & water.

Sommelier, Katie Weber, will keep things light with natural wines that are great for Summer! Small bites and N/A beverages will also be provided.
