About this Event

By Women Veterans For Women Veterans

Join our FREE community wellness classes focused on mental and physical health. Classes will include workout classes, outdoor walks, meditation, and community-building. The venue is The Discovery Center where we will enjoy beautiful views of the reservoir in Fairmount Park.

For August and September, we are offering yoga. Our volunteer instructor, Chrissy, provides yoga for veterans at the Saracini VA Clinic in Horsham. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle for this class.
