Women Redefining Workspaces: Workshop Edition

This past March, women from across industries came together for an unforgettable panel that sparked bold conversations, authentic connection, and a wave of inspiration. The response was overwhelming: “We need more of this.” So here we are—bringing it back, deeper, and even more intentional.

Whether you were with us for the first event or are joining for the very first time, this workshop edition of Women Redefining Workspaces is for you.

This will be an immersive, content-rich experience designed to bring women together in real conversation and real connection. Led by the original panelists—our powerhouse women leaders—we’ll go beyond inspiration into action, clarity, and community.

We’ll explore topics like:

• Imposter Syndrome – Reclaiming Your Confidence
• Identity & Authenticity – Owning Your Voice
• Boundaries & Purpose – Designing a Life That Works

Each session features powerful voices, audience engagement, and tools you can take with you.

🔄 Breakout Sessions: Get hands-on to dive deeper into the main themes in small group formats designed for discussion, reflection, and personal insight.

🤝 Community Directory: Want to grow your circle or spotlight your business? Bring your business card and submit your info at check-in to be a part of a post-event connection list.

Spots are limited and our last event filled fast—registration is required, and space is capped at 150 women.

In lieu of a ticket fee, we’re asking each attendee to support UMOM by bringing either:

• A donated item from their needs list (see FAQ for list) , or
• A cash donation at the door
