This 3-hour, intense class is offered for women only. The goal of the course is to teach students how to avoid and escape physical threats in this ever-changing and potentially violent world. The instructor is well versed in the martial arts and current crime trends and students should expect physical contact. Students will learn to strike, kick and fall, and come to understand the proper mindset and techniques required to avoid becoming a victim.  

Class fees are non-refundable.  In the event you are unable to attend, store credit will be given.
