WOMEN ONLY - Run with a Recruiter – Calgary Police Service - Westwinds HQ

RUN with a Recruiter (RWAR) will commence at the Calgary Police Service HQ, located at 5111 47 Street NE. There is free parking. NOTE: Upon attending, press the button at the gate and indicate to security you are there for RWAR. The meeting point will be inside the foyer indicated by the red star. Once outside the doors indicated by the red star, press the security button for entry.

This event is for women only and will give participants an opportunity to connect with police officers to learn more about the application process and a career as a Police Officer. Participants will get in a workout, and have the opportunity to meet other like-minded people interested in a policing career.

Lastly, post-RWAR in the CPS gym, participants will cool-down and connect in the CPS caferteria where there will be plenty of opportunity to informally discuss the application process and the many opportunities with the CPS.

Remember to bring: clothing/shoes suitable for a workout, and a water bottle. AND, upon registration pls provide full birth name and date of birth. Background checks are completed for people participating in RWAR that will enter CPS secure facilities.

Participants will be greeted at the meeting point and complete waivers at 7:00 a.m. The RWAR session will commene thereafter and will accommodate all fitness levels.
