I would like to propose an opportunity. Currently our Friday night 7:00pm MMA/Kickboxing class has 1 consistent student. She is an amazing student and trains alone, with me, every Friday night at 7pm.
I was thinking about possibly making this a Women’s only class and give Lisa some much needed partners.
It’s an amazing workout. Warm ups, striking bags and pads, striking and self defense drills. It’s a complete different class from the Jiu Jitsu classes and no uniforms needed.
Would love to see as many ladies on the mat for the new year soon.
Come support women in martial arts and try the MMA/Kickboxing Friday night 7:00pm class.
