it's a struggle...to find the words to really capture what this class creates for each person individually and everyone present as a whole. And for me, the facilitator (space holder).
All I can say. It is simple, yet fierce. Women coming together to support each other. To step into and fully embodying the concept of complete self-acceptance and love. And getting there by 1. Saying yes to themselves and each other 2. Committing to themselves and recommitting with every layer revealed 3. BY BREATHING
