Women On: Women in Leadership

Launched in 2019 by the Spain–US Chamber of Commerce, Women On is an initiative designed to foster inclusion, equal opportunities, and the advancement of women in leadership across the business and professional world.

The 2025 edition features inspiring conversations and networking opportunities that highlight women’s impact on today’s corporate landscape. From entrepreneurial journeys to corporate diversity and women in law, Women On brings together thought leaders, executives, and innovators to share experiences, strategies, and insights that empower the next generation of leaders.

The upcoming Women in Leadership event will begin at 9:00 a.m. with a networking breakfast, followed by an engaging panel discussion (speakers to be announced soon), and will conclude with an exclusive networking session designed to connect leaders and professionals across industries.

With a record of bringing together international voices, Women On has become a unique platform to reflect, connect, and continue strengthening women’s role in shaping the future of business.
