🚲 Women's Learn to Ride Programme 🚲
Ever wanted to feel more confident riding a bike? Whether you're starting from scratch or looking to brush up on your skills, this welcoming programme for all women is designed to help you gain confidence in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Join experienced cycle instructor Frankie Cole at Tumeke Cycle Space for a practical sessions where you'll learn at your own pace in a friendly, encouraging group.

Time: 1.00pm – 3.00pm
Over the session you'll cover:
🚲 Getting comfortable balancing, pedalling and braking
🚲 Building confidence riding in different situations
🚲 Safe riding skills and practical tips for everyday cycling
Please bring:
• Comfortable clothing
• A water bottle
• Your own bike and helmet if you have them - let us know in the booking form.
Need a bike or helmet?
No problem! Let us know when you register and include your height so we'll do our best to have the right-sized bike ready for you.
This free programme is delivered by the Albert-Eden Climate Action Network and Tumeke Cycle Space, led by a trained and experienced cycle instructor. Supported by Funding from The Albert-Eden Local Board
