Women of the Woods (WOW) is a group of women who meet twice a month to explore metro Atlanta trails on foot. WOW’s mission is to create community and empower women to feel safe and equipped on the trails.
We will have seasoned trail runners/walkers at the Cochran Shoals Trail to share tips.
