DR. SCARLETT HORTON
and
REV. PAM BOLINGER
DR. SCARLETT HORTON graduated from Rhema Bible Training College in 1981. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Samford University, in Birmingham, Alabama and earned a master’s degree from Florida State University. She also earned a Doctor of Ministry from School of Bible Theology Seminary and University.
Scarlett is an ordained minister since 1982 and has taught the word of God nationally and internationally. Her practical approach to Christian living, presented with humorous “real-life” examples, makes her a favorite among listeners. She especially enjoys being bringing message of God’s purposes and plans for women to give them hope and encouragement. These bold teachings have inspired and motivated many to fulfill their destiny in Christ Jesus. Scarlett resides in Florida with her husband, Dr. David Horton, where they Pastor and Headquarters Horton Ministries, International.
REV. PAM BOLINGER is a preacher, teacher, author, singer. She ministers in a healing anointing and moves in the gifts of the Spirit. Together with her husband, Rev. Walt Bolinger, they founded Life Unlimited Church in Indianapolis, Indiana, where they pastored for 25 years. During that time, they consistently ministered to the poor and the hurting in the inner city. They were also regular hosts on Trinity Broadcasting Network's local "Praise the Lord" television program.
Pam's love for Jesus is evident. In her book, "God Has a Miracle with Your Name on It," Pam encourages every believer to dream big and to expect miracles. Pam has seen God do extraordinary and miraculous things in her life and ministry, and her passion is to invite others into intimacy with God and experience His glory for themselves.
