Alyssa Fernandez (Ollin Y’all): Grain enthusiast and founder of Ollin, a cake mix company redefining the baking category. A former pastry school student from a baking lineage, Alyssa became passionate about ancient and heritage grains while navigating her own health challenges with modern wheat. Through Ollin, she’s on a mission to take the baggage out of gluten by creating premium cake mixes that prove flour is flavor. BA '17

Cinthya Romriell (Cinful Sweets): Cinthya Romriell is a passionate entrepreneur, chocolatier, and community builder based in Austin, Texas. As the founder of Cinful Sweets, she combines artistry and flavor to create handcrafted chocolates that celebrate both indulgence and connection. With a dedication to quality, creativity, and local impact, Cinthya has built her business around the belief that chocolate is more than a treat—it’s an experience meant to be shared. Beyond her work in the kitchen, she is committed to uplifting other small business owners, supporting her community through chocolate classes at an affordable price, and inspiring others through her journey as a Latina woman in business. Rocío León (Tozi Superfoods): Founder of Tozi Superfoods, a Mexican woman-owned brand bringing heritage-driven tortillas and totopos made with indigenous superfoods into premier retailers like Central Market.
