About this Event

Women of a Certain Rage, is a monthly peer support group for anyone experiencing perimonopause or menopause to come together, share experiences and talk about the impact menopause can have on wellbeing, confidence, identity, relationships, creativity and working life. We will have guest speakers, yoga instructions, nutritionist, artists, musicians & crafters enhancing our circle over the months.

We will have activities like body percussion, hula hooping, wood chopping, fire making & lighting, cooking together, singing, storytelling, dance, whittling wood to make wood talisman, crafting power pouches to carry our wellness tool kits that hold remedies, essentail oils, crystals all the tools that get us through this time in our lives.
