BOOKING POLICY

By purchising a ticket, you confirm your attendance at the event.

If you can longer attend the event, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can allocate your ticket to another community member.

Refund
A refund can only be provided if you have notified us that you cannot attend up to 24 hours before the event.

No shows
If you have purchased a ticket and have not turned up to the event and have not informed us that you aren't able to attend, you come at a risk of not being able to attend future meet up events. This is due to the fact that another community member could have attended the event in your place.
