• Facilitator’s Role: Each table has a discussion leader to keep conversations flowing and capture key takeaways.
• HERstory Wall Contribution: Each group writes a collective insight on a large sticky note and adds it to the HERstory Wall for reference throughout the day.

• • Each group rotates through different whiteboard stations every 10 minutes.

• Group Reflection: After 40 minutes of rotations, the facilitator reviews some of the most impactful takeaways from each whiteboard station.

• HERstory Wall Activity: During brunch, attendees can revisit the HERstory Wall and add additional thoughts, commitments, or personal takeaways.

• Large-Group Discussion: What do we, as women, need more of in business, leadership, and personal growth?
• Facilitator-led Idea Mapping: The group collectively maps out ideas for action steps on a large board.
• Live Polling: Attendees vote on the top three themes that resonate most (e.g., mentorship, funding opportunities, work-life balance, leadership skills, etc.).

• Small-Group Action Planning:
