About this Event
Join us for Happy Hour networking (sponsored by Graze Craze Charcuterie Nashville and Hampton Water), plus a panel discussion with Collective615 Emerald Circle member and leader of the “serial entrepreneurial family” Tara Joseph for this empowering conversation about female leadership and mentorship.
Tara welcomes her daughters Sydni Joseph (moderator) and Sophie Joseph to the panel, as well as teammates Jacy Butler and Katie Larson.
Tara is a mom, wife, fashion and art lover, and CFO/COO of her family’s multiple businesses, including Edgehill Music Publishing, American Paint Hat Co., and Big Plan Holdings. She runs these businesses with her two daughters and is well-acquainted with the art of leading and empowering women in the workplace, specifically mentoring the next generation of female entrepreneurs.
In this 30-minute discussion you will learn about leadership and mentorship from both sides of the desk and how to foster environments where a woman’s full creative and professional potential is realized. There will be an opportunity to share and ask questions at the end during an open Q+A.
“Fostering the growth of women leaders, both personally and professionally, through the art of mentorship is invaluable. A great leader is as much a student as a teacher, and the ladies of Big Plan Holdings are eager to share what has propelled them to reach their highest heights.”

🍾 Hampton Water
Jesse Bon Jovi and his dad, Jon Bon Jovi, shared a vision to disrupt the wine category with a brand that is unlike all others. The father-son duo created the Hampton Water Wine brand concept with Ali Thomas and brought on famed French winemaker, Gérard Bertrand. Launching in 2018 with Hampton Water Rosé, the brand quickly rose above the ranks to be more than just another celebrity brand. It is a family business that has earned four years of 90-point ratings from Wine Spectator, 91 points from Wine Enthusiast and Decanter, and was recognized as an Impact Hot Prospect brand two years in a row.
With an incredibly engaged social media presence of nearly 600,000 followers, Hampton Water is making waves by taking a modern digital approach in an often-traditional category. Seeing such success with the still rosé, Hampton Water is proud to be expanding their brand portfolio with a sparkling rosé, Hampton Water Bubbly. The brand is creating loyal brand advocates, surpassing their category, and delivering double-digit volume growth year over year.
Collective615 is thrilled to parner with this amazing brand to offer our attendees some of the best rosé on the market.
