is a leadership expert and founder of Attard Leadership Academy, specializing in developing essential leadership skills through micro-lessons, online courses, and in-person workshops. With a Master's degree in management and certifications in leadership, coaching, HR, and DEI, DeNeen brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to her training sessions. Known for her authentic and transparent approach, she empowers leaders to build influence, credibility, and strong teams. DeNeen is also an accomplished author and podcast host dedicated to helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential.


is the Founder of Fetch Happiness and a Doctoral Student in Adult & Community Education, holding an MBA and MS. An expert in soft skills and personal growth, Jeni is an accomplished author, speaker, and coach. As a co-host of the "Women Leading Tech Innovation Mastermind," she is dedicated to empowering women in technology to lead with creativity and confidence. With her extensive background in leadership and innovation, Jeni fosters collaboration and drives forward-thinking solutions, creating environments where women can thrive and shape the tech industry's future.


MEET YOUR PANELISTS

is the Associate Director, Technology Officer, and Labs Manager at the Center for Information and Communication Sciences (CICS) at Ball State University. Kirsten's commitment to women in technology is evident in her role as the chair of the Women Working in Technology initiative at Ball State. This initiative, which she leads passionately, focuses on girls in technology, providing mentoring and career exploration opportunities for undergraduate women and K-12 girls. Kirsten is on the Leadership Board of Indiana National Girls Collaborative Project, a STEM out-of-school experience for girls, and on the leadership committee of Indiana's Million Women Mentors movement.


As President of M2N, brings her wealth of experience from the non-profit sector to the tech world, leveraging her leadership, community engagement, and strategic planning skills. Her innate curiosity about people's lived experiences drives her to seek feedback on MPower's usage and purpose, ensuring the platform evolves to meet real-world needs. Kristi is energized by technology's potential to scale impact far beyond a single community, seeing it as a powerful tool for advancing workforce equity on a global scale.


is the Vice President of Workforce Development and Community Impact at 16 Tech Innovation District, where she leads initiatives that create inclusive talent pipelines and foster economic mobility for underserved communities in Central Indiana. With nearly 20 years of experience across higher education, human resources, and nonprofit sectors, Tracey has a distinguished career in workforce development, restorative justice, and talent innovation. She has held leadership roles at IU School of Medicine, Martin University, and Ivy Tech Community College and is known for her success in building partnerships that link community needs with employer demands. A Purdue graduate, Tracey serves on multiple boards, including the Equity & Community Advisory Board for Heartland BioWorks and the Advisory Council for the United Negro College Fund.


is the Chief Innovation Officer at 16 Tech Innovation District, where she drives cutting-edge strategies to foster innovation and growth. She also serves as CEO of Karmic Partners, Nida, which now focuses on connecting innovation districts, startups, and corporate entities with the resources they need to succeed. As an immigrant from the Middle East of Pakistani descent, Nida has lived in four countries and seven U.S. cities, which has given her a unique perspective on the fluidity of home and identity. Most recently, she led a corporate accelerator for hard tech startups and worked in corporate venture capital. Nida also mentors accelerators such as Techstars and Gener8tor, contributing her vast experience to the next generation of innovators.


holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communications Management and a Master of Science in Information and Communication Sciences from Ball State University. Her academic and professional journey has uniquely positioned her at the intersection of IT and design, where she excels in bridging the gap between management and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Anna is a highly motivated and creative professional with a proven track record of leading diverse projects, particularly within the CICS program. Her commitment to excellence and continuous learning drives her passion for leveraging her technical proficiency and creative problem-solving skills to achieve successful outcomes in dynamic environments.

She thrives on embracing new opportunities and overcoming challenges, consistently demonstrating a results-oriented mindset.


is a proud mom, mentor, and alumna of Ball State University's Center for Information and Communication Sciences, where she earned her Master's in Information and Communication Sciences.
She has worked in Fortune 100 companies in FinTech for almost a decade as a results-driven leader in Product Management and Technology Program Management working to satisfy the fiduciary needs of retail, business and commercial clients on digital platforms.
Though many accomplishments lie behind her, her greatest joy has been raising her daughter, who is evolving into a remarkable young lady and is beginning her journey as a Cardinal this Fall at Ball State University. She couldn’t be more proud!
