One year ago, Women Executives Circle (WEC) began with a simple belief: women leaders deserve meaningful spaces where they can connect, learn, and lead together.

Today, that vision has grown into a community spanning more than 21 geographic areas across the United States.

Join 100 leaders for an intimate anniversary luncheon at the North Carolina Executive Mansion as we celebrate what we have built together and look ahead to the impact still to come.

Convened by the Women Executives Circle and co-hosted by The Pearl Leadership Institute (TPLI), this gathering brings together WEC members, civic leaders, sponsors, community partners, and allies committed to advancing leadership across North Carolina.

Net proceeds will support the TPLI Emerging Leaders Scholarship, investing in the next generation of leaders.
