Speaker: Churee Carrillo
With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate marketing, communications, and small business ownership, Churee Carrillo offers a unique combination of business development expertise across both corporate and small business sectors.
Her professional experience includes serving as the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Embree Group of Companies, where she spearheaded marketing, public relations, and business development efforts across three national development, construction, and capital markets firms, establishing foundational strategies for growth and organizational success. Prior to this, Churee served as Marketing Manager at a local commercial real estate company, where she built the marketing department and led public relations initiatives. Churee also held the position of Public Relations Specialist at Trammell Crow Company, where she helped establish the Austin Public Relations Department, and served as Communications Specialist at CBRE.
Her entrepreneurial ventures include previously co-founding and owning a local pest control business, and opening a national health and wellness franchise. During her tenure in the franchise business, she expanded the local franchise to over 950 members, managed a team of more than 30 staff members, and achieved annual revenues exceeding $1.3 million.
She currently consults for franchise owners, providing solutions to streamline operations and enhance revenue generation. In her spare time, Churee is a Vice Chair for the 100X Committee at Rodeo Austin, helping support fund raising efforts for the scholarship fund.
