Laura Johnston is a multi-faceted entrepreneur driven by a commitment to enhance the lives of those around her. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from San Francisco State University, where she excelled as a scholar-athlete. As head captain and leading scorer of her college basketball teams at both the junior and Division II levels, she demonstrated leadership, commitment, and perseverance. Upon her graduation in 2014, Laura embarked on a career in software sales, quickly rising in the tech industry and specializing in cyber security. Over the past four years, she has advanced to the position of Regional Sales Manager for the Pacific West.

Laura's adeptness at managing multiple ventures is a testament to her dynamic capabilities. Alongside her thriving tech career, her entrepreneurial drive led her to become the CEO and Certified Fitness Trainer of Sweat Ljfe, a hybrid personal training business with over 11 years of experience in strength, functional, and performance training. Her dedication to preventive health and holistic well-being further inspired her to found Oat+Olive, a non-dairy ice cream company tailored for individuals with food allergies.

In 2023, Laura expanded her expertise into the finance sector, delving into unconventional wealth strategies often overlooked by traditional education and societal norms. As a licensed estate planner, she has broadened her mission to support women's empowerment beyond health. This integration of health and financial education culminated in the establishment of the Women in Wealth Group in 2024. This initiative is dedicated to educating women on holistic wealth growth, addressing various facets of life that influence financial well-being, including career and health. Laura's comprehensive approach to wealth management underscores her commitment to fostering both financial literacy and overall wellness among women.
