Women in the Trades Regional Summit

Building Connections. Breaking Barriers. Creating Pathways.

Join us for the Women in the Trades Summit, bringing together women in the construction and skilled trades, contractors, unions, workforce partners, MC3 and apprentice readiness construction training providers, and community stakeholders to connect with one another, explore career opportunities, and advance pathways for women to enter and succeed in the trades.

All are welcome! This event celebrates multiple trades and invites individuals of all backgrounds and experiences to come together, build connections, share perspectives, and help create a stronger, more inclusive future for the industry.
