Women in Tech Sales Meet Up

Join us on May 13 for the second in-person event in our growing Women in Tech Sales community series.

This event’s theme: Ready or Not? Moving from individual contributor to manager.

Everyone talks about getting promoted. Few talk honestly about what happens next.
This event is for women navigating the real move into leadership: power shifts, pay conversations, peer dynamics, politics, confidence, and deciding whether management is even the right next step.

Whether you’re already managing, being tapped for leadership, or wondering if management is the right next move, this event is designed to give you honest insights, practical strategies, and real conversations about what it actually takes to step into leadership.

We’ll explore questions like:

• How do you know if leadership is the right move for you?
• What changes when you move from performer to leader?
• How do you lead people who used to be your peers?
• What questions should you ask before saying yes to leadership?
• How do you build executive presence without losing yourself?

This isn’t a polished panel full of generic advice.

It’s a candid conversation with leaders who have made the move, learned lessons the hard way, and are willing to share what they wish they knew sooner.

Hear from experienced sales leaders as they share real stories, lessons learned, and practical advice on navigating the jump into management and leadership.

After the fireside chat, we’ll break into curated mentoring circles where attendees can ask honest questions, exchange ideas, and get direct insight from leaders and peers.

About Being A Mentor

After the fireside chat, we’ll break into small mentoring circles to continue the conversation.

Each circle will be led by a designated mentor who will help guide discussion, encourage participation, and share real-world insight from their own leadership journey.

Mentor Criteria

To serve as a mentor, you must:

• Be a senior-level leader
• Have experience coaching, managing, and developing teams
• Be willing to facilitate an open, honest, and constructive conversation
