Join the Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship (WTE) St. Petersburg Chapter for a Resume Review Happy Hour at Luna Lux Restaurant & Lounge!
This month, we’re bringing our community together for an evening of connection, conversation, and practical peer support. Whether you’re actively job searching, quietly exploring your next move, updating your LinkedIn, or simply ready to refresh how you tell your story, this happy hour is designed to help you get thoughtful, real-world feedback in a warm and welcoming environment.
We’re inviting women at every stage of their careers to participate. Bring your resume if you’d like feedback, or come ready to lend your perspective if you enjoy helping others strengthen their positioning, clarify their experience, and build confidence in their next step. You do not need to be a recruiter or resume expert to help. Sometimes the most valuable feedback comes from another woman who can spot your strengths, ask the right questions, and help you see the story you may be underselling.
Set against the waterfront views of Carillon Park and the stylish Mediterranean-inspired ambiance of Luna Lux, this meetup blends the ease of a happy hour with the power of community-driven support. Come for a drink, a conversation, a resume review, or a fresh perspective — and leave with stronger connections and a clearer sense of what you bring to the table.
What to Expect:
Warm Welcome: Come as you are, come when you can. There's no such thing as late, over dressed, underdressed - whatever - at a WTE event. At our events you'll meet a warm and welcoming community of supportive, ambitious women who want to meet you!
Resume Feedback & Peer Support: Bring a printed or digital copy of your resume if you’d like feedback. We’ll create space for casual, low-pressure review conversations where members can offer suggestions, ask clarifying questions, and help each other strengthen resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and professional positioning.
Women Helping Women Move Forward: If you have experience reviewing resumes, hiring, mentoring, managing teams, changing careers, or simply want to encourage another woman in her next chapter, we’d love for you to join us. This event is just as much for women who want to give feedback as it is for women seeking it.
Better Networking: We think differently at Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship. We want to connect around ideas, career growth, industry shifts, personal passions, and big audacious dreams. This month, our St. Pete Chapter Happy Hour is heading to the beautifully designed Luna Lux Restaurant & Lounge, nestled along the lakefront in the heart of the Carillon area. Known for its artfully inspired interiors, relaxing ambiance, and fresh, locally sourced ingredients, Luna Lux offers the perfect setting to unwind, connect, and enjoy great conversation.
