Women In Recovery. Let’s continue supporting one another and building each other up through this journey. We will start with some light stretching, yoga, and then be discussing the SMART women recovery philosophy with hot tea and healthy snack. We will end with a brief recovery meditation. $10 donation requested (not required) to help with cost and studio time. This will be a monthly event.
