⭐ Yina Arenas Yina is a distinguished leader in the tech industry, currently heading the Azure AI Core platform at Microsoft, where she empowers developers to integrate AI into every application. With extensive experience in building platforms, Yina previously led Microsoft Graph, creating the largest fabric of productivity data on the planet and growing its ecosystem to over 2 million applications, reaching nearly a billion customers. She is deeply committed to diversity and inclusion, leading initiatives that empower women and Latinos in technology. Her efforts have brought diverse talent to Microsoft from across the globe. Originally from Bogota, Colombia, Yina holds a master’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Virginia and lives in Seattle with her husband and four sons.

⭐ Karen Ng- Karen is the SVP of Product and Partnerships at HubSpot, where she is responsible for the Smart CRM, Operations Hub, Developer and Ecosystem product teams, as well as the partnerships and business development teams looking at strategic alliances and the HubSpot partner ecosystem. She was previously the head of Product and Machine Learning at Common Room, the intelligent community growth platform transforming customer relationships through community. Karen is an established product leader and has a clear track record of creating products that make people’s lives better—at a scale of millions.

⭐ Jeetu Mirchandani: Jeetu leads the Applied AI organization at Amazon. His organization focuses on automating the knowledge operations work—the mundane, repetitive process work—across Amazon, which is usually used to scale the business, enabling people to focus on the most creative and critical decision-making work while also raising the quality bar for outcomes. He’s been with Amazon for the last 18 years, holding various roles from senior software engineer on contextual ads to leading implementation and optimization of robotics across Amazon’s warehouses worldwide. Over this time, he has organized multiple company wide hackathons and is very passionate about bottom-up innovation.

⭐ Mamtha Banerjee is a tech entrepreneur; She is currently Managing Director, GM, leading Platform Engineering at JP Morgan Chase; Previously, she was Vice President of Technology at Expedia, where she led the foundational capabilities for the Travel Platform and core services for a conversational AI platform. She is a startup enthusiast, an angel investor, and an advisor to Pack Ventures (seed fund investing in the UW network), a graduate of TechStars Seattle and has previously founded 2 companies. She believes that diversity enables teams to build superior products and achieve better outcomes. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, running, and the outdoors. Her passion for the outdoors drove her to hike Annapurna and Everest base camps and summit Mt. Kilimanjaro.
