Women in or Aspiring to Leadership- Developing your Impact

This workshop has been designed for women in leadership or those aspiring to take on a leadership role and want to develop their impact. It's for you if you:

• are looking to progress your career or prepare yourself for a change in direction

• want to take 60 uninterrupted minutes to focus on you

• want to boost your confidence

• want to learn a way to use your posture to feel stronger, centred and grounded, particularly in times of challenge-such as big presentations, interviews and meetings.

• want to learn how to use your breath to evoke feelings of control and mental stability

Working with the natural chemistry and movement of your body, this 60minute session will introduce you to some quick life hacks to play, experiment and have some fun with and will equip you with ways to transform your emotional and physiological state for greater performance.

Michelle Atkinson is a professional coach and facilitator and works with individuals and organisations to help them get what they want in their personal and professional lives through the power of awareness, focus and action. As a student of Physical Intelligence, Michelle has been learning how we can use the physiology of our bodies to transform the physical reactions, emotions and thoughts we experience and wants others to learn how too.

This is an informal and interactive session, during which there will be time for discussion and networking to provide an opportunity to build connections with other attendees.

Please note: This event is a smaller workshop in our Leeds meeting room, not in our main event space.

It is recommended you wear comfortable clothing and footwear so that you can move freely throughout the session if you wish to.
