Women in Media Queensland: XMAS Wine-Down 2026

It's time for the 2026 Women in Media Wine-Down at the W Brisbane. Two cocktails, non-stop canapes and unlimited fun while dancing to the Abba Girls!
Join us as much-loved journalist and author Frances Whiting takes us through the year in review - the stories and barriers we broke as we ran alongside the rise of AI, yet somehow we found time to meet deadlines, make podcasts, write books and keep the group chat alive.
Mark the milestones and the madness with your mates in media, comms and production at The Lex in our stunning venue, the W Brisbane, high above the Brisbane River.
The canapes and first two drinks are on us, then sing and dance like it's 1976 with the Abba Girls! You know you know the words, so get ready for audience participation!
And we’re bringing the Christmas presents, with incredible raffle prizes thanks to our terrific supporters. Plus something a little sweet to take home.
Hosted at: The Lex level 3/81 N Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000, Australia
See you there!
