It's intentional business design for women managing babies on their hip, school drop offs, caring for aging parents, running households and still showing up for themselves and clients.
We talk balance, boundaries, defeating imposter syndrome, real self care and how to build a business that actually supports your life. Because without alignment - those KPIS wont matter.

Starting in the Studio Room be guided through Breathwork, reviewing your 2025, intention setting and releasing energy that no longer serves 2026.
Followed by a sip and connect at Overflow Cafe (Roots on Whyte) at 4:00 PM (Mountain Time) Co-hosted by owners Maria and Tony to support local business women and community connection.
