Nadia is the founder of Bravezone, a global coaching practice devoted to helping individuals release deep-seated subconscious blocks so they can feel calm, clear and confident, in every area of life.

A trailblazer in emotional wellness, Nadia spent 25 years in the education system, where she designed and facilitated board-wide programs in social-emotional intelligence—well before concepts like mindfulness and self love gained mainstream recognition. Her work helped thousands of students develop confidence, emotional resilience, and self-worth.

As she witnessed the same struggles—anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, showing up in adults, Nadia expanded her mission. Today, she supports entrepreneurs and professionals through subconscious mindset work using NLP, hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation and mindfulness practices. Her work goes deeper than surface-level strategies, helping clients transform from the inside out, so they can lead and live with authentic confidence and clarity.
