Women for Arrington Presents LeadHERship Awards Atlanta

Women across Fulton County are coming together for a purpose-driven afternoon of impact, connection, and civic leadership as Women for Arrington proudly presents LeadHERship Atlanta: Empower. Inspire. Lead.

Taking place Saturday, March 29 at Curate Atlanta, the LeadHERship Awards Fundraiser will convene influential women leaders, advocates, professionals, and change-makers for a dynamic experience centered on community progress and generational impact.

Hosted by Women for Arrington in support of Commissioner Marvin S. Arrington Jr.’s vision for a stronger, more unified Fulton County, the event is both a celebration and a call to action—uplifting the women who quietly and consistently sustain the county’s economic, cultural, and civic vitality.

At the heart of the afternoon is the LeadHERship Fulton Awards, a civic recognition platform designed to spotlight women whose leadership is rooted in service, integrity, and measurable community impact.

Unlike traditional recognition platforms that prioritize visibility and popularity, LeadHERship Fulton was created to shift the focus from optics to outcomes.

“The women who carry our systems, communities, and culture forward are often the least recognized,” organizers state. “LeadHERship exists to ensure their work is seen, supported, and resourced.”

LeadHERship Atlanta is intentionally designed as a special gathering of women who believe in moving Fulton County forward—together.
